It is truly an honor and privilege to serve as the principal of Birchwood ABC Elementary. I encourage you to stop by my office to share celebrations, ask questions or share concerns. If I am unavailable, please leave a message with our office staff, and I will follow up as soon as possible.

At Birchwood ABC, we are fortunate to have strong support and involvement from our families and volunteers. Parents play an essential role in fostering positive attitudes toward school and supporting strong study habits at home. There are many opportunities to get involved throughout the year. If you are interested in volunteering in your child’s classroom, please complete the Anchorage School District volunteer application.

We are also proud of our commitment to inclusive practices at Birchwood ABC. We strive to create a welcoming environment where all students feel a sense of belonging and are supported to learn and grow alongside their peers. Through intentional programming and collaboration, we work to ensure every child has meaningful access to learning and opportunities to be part of our school community.
